How do I register my domain name? Back to top There is two ways you can register for a new domain name. You can choose your domain name provider (example, Go Daddy) and then register for our services or register for a domain name at sign up with us. We strongly suggest you choose us, cause in most cases the domain name might be included or discounted. And both renewal dates for your hosting and domain name registration will be taken care of at the same date.
Can I cancel anytime? Back to top Once you register for an account, you have 30 days to request a cancellation. Please note that there are no refunds possible for your domain name registration. Therefore, if you profited from a free domain name, we will retain 9.95$ for the domain name registration on your refund. The refund of your account is made 72 to 96 hours after service termination. To cancel, you must e-mail billing@dollarhostingnow.info before the 30 days are up.
Can I transfer my existing domain name over? Back to top It is possible to do so. Please make sure your domain is unlocked from your current registrar (the provider you have chosen to host your domain) and to have access to change the DNS servers (the address where you will now point your website). I want a .ca address, is it possible? Back to top Unfortunately, the prices to obtain a .ca address are much to expensive in the current market. We cannot offer it with the current price structure we offer. We are currently looking for ways to offer it with other companies and will keep you posted once a deal is in place.
What can I do with the Member Center? Back to top We took extra care to find the best tool to help our members manage their accounts and bill. We have also centralized the sign up process with the billing process. You can open a technical or billing ticket from there, pay your bills and change or add plans to your account. Are my pages going to be flooded with unwanted ads ? Back to top No! Your website is your website. Unlike other mediums that force advertisements at the top of bottom of your site, we do not impose such restrictions. However, if you want to host our ads, we will negotiate a discount on your service in exchange for the service. Remember, we have a strong marketing solution and adding people to it is part of what will make it strong and unique. But this is not mandatory, you will receive ONE invitation to add the codes, and after that it is totally voluntary.
Do I get a commission if I refer my friends or family? Back to top Yes. We offer many ways for you to advertise that fact. We have our unique 2 in 1 Business cards that advertise your business on one side, and the referral program with your unique tracker on the other side. You can print posters (soon) and add your unique tracker number to it so people can sign up. We will create (soon) a few e-mails to that effect and from your Control Panel and Member Center there is a way to “recommend” our services. Can you assist in setting my e-mail address? Back to top You can open a technical ticket or use our Knowledge Database to do it. We will help you for free once. Any other request to help you set up your e-mail will cost you 5$ per request that will be billed to you immediately. This fee will not be charged if it is an actual technical problem with the e-mail itself. |
